Hi Everyone,

Wow…it has definitely been a while since I’ve posted. My last blog post was all the way back in February 2023, and so much has happened since then.

Heartbreak & Healing

Shortly after that last post, life hit me hard. In March 2023, my sweet kitty, Brady Michael passed away at the age of 18 from kidney failure. Losing him was absolutely devastating and left me in a really dark place emotionally.

Grief Never Truly Leaves Us, but it Also Opens New Doors For Unexpected Love...

Within that same year, I welcomed two new kittens into my life: Kai and Nairobi. And a year later, I took in another kitten, Maia.

I know… three cats sounds like a lot (and trust me, it wasn’t part of the plan). But I truly believe in the “cat distribution system” and I feel in my heart that Brady Michael sent these sweet souls to me.

I Needed Them More Than They Needed Me...

Starting Over, Both Personally & Professionally

During that time, I was also struggling with my business. Back then, I felt exhausted, defeated, and so close to giving up on my business, on life, and on myself.

But something inside me told me to hold on and lean into my faith, to trust that there was something better waiting on the other side.

I decided to take a big leap and move my suite to a new location, one that was only 20 minutes from my home.

This new space has given me so much new energy and has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Niching Down & Rediscovering My Passion

With this fresh start, I also decided to niche down my services. While I once offered full-body waxing, I realized that my true passion (and my clients’ favorite!) centered around Brazilian waxing and a few select areas.

On top of that, I found my way back to my first love: makeup artistry. I’ve been doing more makeup than ever lately, and it feels so good to reconnect with that part of myself.

What’s Next?

I don’t want to make this post too long (because I could truly write a book at this point!), but I just wanted to pop in and let you know where I’ve been and what’s been happening.
