HOW DO I APPLY/TAKE CARE OF MY LASHES?

HOW DO I APPLY LASH STRIPS?


  1. Carefully remove the lash from the eyelash tray. Gently pull from the band of one end of the lash, never pulling on the lashes themselves. Check the lash fit, by aligning it with your natural lash line. If the lash extends past the outside corner of your eye, gently trim the excess.
  2. Place a thin layer of lash glue on the band of the lash, allow the glue to get tacky for 30-60 seconds, then place the lash on top of your natural lash line, starting at the outer edge of your eye. Line up the outer edge of the lash and press towards the middle.​​​​​​
  3. Hold down for a few seconds and allow glue to dry.




HOW DO I REMOVE LASH STRIPS?


​ It is not reccommended to use eye makeup remover on your lashes, but if you feel it is necessary to use a makeup remover for removal purposes. Take a Q-tip and dab a little bit of an oil based makeup remover and gently rub your Q-tip on the base of your eyelashes to loosen up some of the glue product and then gently peel at the edge of the band starting from the outer corner of your eye to peel completly off.




HOW MANY TIMES CAN I WEAR EACH PAIR OF LASHES?


With proper care lashes can be worn up to 25 times.




​HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASHES?


  • Always store your lashes in their original box. This will help them to maintain their shape and lash curl.
  • Avoid getting them wet, this can affect their style and longevity.
  • Remove before sleeping.
  • Keep mascara away from the lashes, this can affect the style and fluffiness.
  • After use, any excess of glue should be carefully removed with tweezers or fingers.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you made a mistake with your purchase, you can contact us at chasebeautysales@gmail.com within 30 minutes of order placement to cancel your order.




SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES


Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) will be shipped within 24 hours upon order receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and major holidays will be shipped the following business day.




CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. Within 14 days of package receipt, if you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box, as well as the items that arrived damaged, along with package receipt to chasebeautysales@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. We will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. ******Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another regarding their hair assignment, this may not constitute as damage***********
